Bonaire Valero Airport Pier
General Description
This pier was built in May 2001 together with Jet Fuel tanks Farm specially conceived to receive jet fuel to supply KLM aircrafts at Flamingo Airport

Pilotage
For all ports in Bonaire pilotage is compulsory for vessels over 50 GRT. Service is rendered 24 hours a day on ordinary weekdays, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
Pilot boarding
The Kralendijk pilot station is located at 12°8’3” North and 68°17’4” West.
De-ballasting
Any ballast discharged at Bonaire must be clean, oceanic water, devoid of any coastal or riverine influence, taken from at least 12 miles offshore. Pilot will present Master a “Ballast water declaration” to be signed prior berthing.
